7 Week Season

Start:  10 MAY 2025

Finish: 21 JUNE 2025

 

Location: Durham Region 

Field Location : Forest Hights Park, 16 Forest Heights St, Whitby, ON L1R 1T3

Time: 10am to 2pm ( Games are played between 10am and 2pm. depending on age group.)

Cost: 295.00

 

Includes:

1 Hour (5 vs 5 Format,15 minute warmup,45 minute game with half time)

NFL Kit (NFL Flag Football Jersey + Flag Belt + Mouth Guard)

!!Winter Flag Football 2025 sessions are currently running!!

Winter flag football will focus on the skills and drills needed for offence and defence. Players will work on QB skills, catching, routes, agility, speed, running, flag pulling, defence formations, and game strategies.

There will be scrimmage games between all the participants that will take place each week to work on the new skills learned.

Available Divisions:

U8, U10, U12, U14, U16

8 Weeks

Start:  11th January 2025

Finish: 1st March 2025

 

Location: Durham Region 

Indoor Location : Brooklin High School Gym, 20 Carnwith Dr, Brooklin.

Day : Saturdays 

Time: Sessions are between 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

            MINOR SESSION - GRADES 1 TO 3,  1:15 PM TO 2:15 PM  

          JUNIOR SESSION - GRADES 4 TO 6,  2:30 PM TO 3:30 PM

          INTERMEDIATE SESSION - GRADES 7 TO 10,  3:45 PM TO 4:45 PM

 

Cost: $350.00

Flag Football has been OFFICIALLY added to the 2028 Olympics in L.A!!! Pathway to being a potential Canadian Olympian Flag Football Player can begin now! 

NFL Flag Football Spring Season takes place in early May to end of June, Saturdays from 10 to 2pm. Registration opens in January.

NFL Flag Football Fall Season takes place in early September to end of October, Saturdays from 10 to 2pm. Registration opens in May

NFL Flag Football Winter Skills, Drills + Scrimmage Games takes place in early January to first week of March. Registration opens in october.

Flag Football is a Non-Contact sport for Boys and Girls ages 5 through 16. Flag Football is an excellent way to develop skills as a quarterback, running back, defensive back, and receiver.
