Location: Durham Region
Field Location : Forest Hights Park, 16 Forest Heights St, Whitby, ON L1R 1T3
Time: 10am to 2pm ( Games are played between 10am and 2pm. depending on age group.)
Cost: 295.00
Includes:
U8 Division: Little Leauge - 45 Minutes of Skills, Drills and Games.
All other Divisions:
1 Hour (5 vs 5 Format,15 minute warmup,45 minute game with half time)
NFL Kit (NFL Flag Football Jersey + Flag Belt + Mouth Guard)
Please Note: (Divisions may be combined based on registration) ( Friend requests are at the discression of the league and not Guarenteed. ) no coach requests, no full teams or large freind groups.
Flag Football has been OFFICIALLY added to the 2028 Olympics in L.A!!! Pathway to being a potential Canadian Olympian Flag Football Player can begin now!
NFL Flag Football Spring Season takes place in early May to end of June, Saturdays from 10 to 2pm. Registration opens in January.
NFL Flag Football Fall Season takes place in early September to end of October, Saturdays from 10 to 2pm. Registration opens in May
NFL Flag Football Winter Skills, Drills + Scrimmage Games takes place in early January to first week of March. Registration opens in october.

Flag Football is a Non-Contact sport for Boys and Girls ages 5 through 16. Flag Football is an excellent way to develop skills as a quarterback, running back, defensive back, and receiver.

The goal of our league is to provide a safe and productive environment that enables children to learn and apply the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship. We facilitate the development of strength and character in every child that participates. Participation in our league is open to all boys and girls in the Durham Region and Beyond.
We are sustained by the efforts of volunteers who display an extraordinary amount of commitment and hard work, ensuring that our league is a positive influence in the lives of our children. We also strive to provide a service to our community by providing a healthy outlet for children, opportunities for the community to gather together, and endless hours of entertainment.
Refund Policy:
All registered players must be paid in full before participating in any Durham Region NFL Flag Football Leauge activity. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Leauge Operator.
All refunds are subject to a $75 Withdrawl / Adminstrative fee.
21 days before first game: full refund, less administrative fee
Up to 1st game of the season: 50% refund, less administrative fee
After 1st game of the season: NO REFUNDS
All service fees are NON REFUNDABLE
